In 2001 the creators of DM2F envisaged a network of small businesses capable of providing the excellence of a group and the reactivity and flexibility of a small business to its clients.
With the creation of Managair, expert in air conditioning, and the acquisition and then the fusion of Reydelet & Dumoulin cutting stamping, the idea of working on the conception of a network offering interconnected, reactive and complementary small businesses was born.
In 2003, all activities were located at Jujurieux ; today still the headquarters of DM2F, Reydelet & Dumoulin and Managair.
Year after year, Managair has confidently increased its product range and Reydelet & Dumoulin has reinforced its presence in the punching and stamping market.
In 2005 the shareholders wanted to develop the industrial offering in order to better meet the client’s expectations in the different markets. It had become essential to increase industrial capacity, then insufficient in punching and stamping and to be present in the sheet metal work market, with which it is complementary.
The Orbandal company, based at Chalon S/S, was in turn integrated into the group.t DM2F, wanted to broaden its metal transformation industrial offer and integrated tooling to its offering in 2007 with the Grappey tooling company located at Besançon.
With the industrial plan finally complete, the group opened up to the signing field and has taken a major stake in the Armony group.
Today, the DM2F group meets the world crisis with the strength of its network of small companies and has become a credible and full partner in its field of competence.
