Punching – Stamping: This is a major technology within DM2F and is one of our areas of strong expertise.
Our complete stock of presses, (60 machines) is made up of both of repeat « simple » and transfer presses and presses equipped with very high precision electronic controlled presses. This, associated with the varied expertise from each of our sites guarantees a solution to the majority of your problems in the power range 5T -> 315 T.

Sheet metalwork:

A sector complementary to punching – stamping.
Whilst meeting the requirements of the smallest production runs, we can also offer intermediate solutions for mixed operations combining these 2 technologies in order to guarantee the best process.

Tooling:

Our autonomy in tooling production allows us to guarantee irreproachable support at competitive prices.
Equipped to meet both the simplest and most complicated requirements, we have worked for many years in precision sectors.

Electro-erosion:

Necessary for producing our tooling, this technology also allows us to produce small production series of high precision parts with complex shapes.

Welding–Tapping–Boring-Assembling:

Imperative for completing our range f services. We control most of the tasks and work with partner sub contractors in the surface treatment fields, cataphoresis and painting, in order to be able to offer a complete product and optimise your operational flow.

Fast prototype building:

Because we know how helpful it is to concretise an idea at the start of a project, in order for it to advance, we combine all the expertise shown above to produce prototypes in the shortest time.
